Welcome to Dynamic Dry Ice
Flathead Valleys premier preservation and dry ice cleaning company.
Our approach
Dry Ice Blasting, leverages 3 principles; Kinetic Energy, Thermal Shock and Rapid Expansion to safely remove dirt and contaminants from complicated surfaces. An environmentally safe process, the contaminants fall the ground and are swept up for disposal. The power, technology and attributes of Dry Ice combine to create the most efficient method of cleaning. Safe on all surfaces, from metal, paint, gelcoat, plastic and rubber, no disassembly is required to clean and restore industrial, exotic and antique machines.

FAQs
What is Dry Ice?
Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide (CO2), Dry ice is colorless, odorless, and non-flammable.
How does it clean?
Dry ice blasting, uses frozen carbon dioxide (CO2) pellets. The pellets are accelerated at supersonic speeds by compressed air and propelled onto the surface, where they sublimate on impact, lifting dirt and contaminants without damaging the surface. The process is similar to sand, bead, and soda blasting, but dry ice cleaning doesn't use chemicals or damage the base surfaces and leaves no secondary waste.

Where does the dirt go?
The removed contamination will end up air and eventually on horizontal surfaces surrounding the work, usually on the floor to be swept up when finished.
Is it safe?
Yes, as we only use CO2 and compressed air, there are no harsh chemicals or toxic media. This process is incredibly environmentally friendly.
Why Dry Ice cleaning over other methods?
Speed; Dry ice can clean at a much faster rate than other methods.
Cleanliness; no secondary waste or contamination.
Delicate surfaces; Dry ice is gentle to the base material and will only remove contamination.
